Modifications I made: only used a third of the sugar in the chutney; used a magic bullet to pulverize dried chipotle chilis (all I could find at the store) after seeding them; made some basmati rice.
How it came out: Great! The pork and chutney go so well together, and the flavor is so full (mmmm ginger). The salad was good but needed a little something to cut the heat, maybe a little oil or more tomatoes to mellow it out, but the flavor combination was delightful.
