5.2: Crispy Cilantro Lime Chicken, Elote, and Mexican Salad

 



Recipes I used: crispy cilantro lime chickenelote, and everyday Mexican salad.


Modifications I made: I forgot to add the sugar to the chicken, it was fine without it.

How it came out: The sauce on the corn was incredible on both the corn and the chicken, which were both delicious. I ate the corn by carving the kernels off instead of eating it on the cob, much easier. The salad was good, but it needs more crunch, so I'd put in a whole red onion and a half cup of pumpkin seeds.

I realize that what I made has little to do with what is shown here, but corn and "south" made me think of elote.
