Recipes I used: sesame-crusted tuna steak and roasted carrots and asparagus with almond gremolata.
Modifications I made: Roasted the veggies ~20 minutes longer than the recipe called for, I like them crispy. I also seasoned the veggies with salt and pepper, which the recipe weirdly didn't call for and is a must-do.
How it came out: The tuna and sauce was incredible. Fresh tuna is insanely expensive, though, and that sauce would go great on just about anything, including chicken and salmon. I don't know if I made the gremolata incorrectly, but just seasoning those veggies with garlic powder and splashing some lemon juice on them after would have been much easier and just as good.
