Recipes I used: soy sauce butter pasta with shrimp and shiitakes.
Modifications I made: Used a full pound of shrimp and shiitakes for more protein and to make it more filling, so I used a quarter cup of soy sauce and butter. I also added some lemon juice to balance out the salt and richness, and some red pepper flakes for heat.
How it came out: Wonderfully, strongly recommend. I used whole wheat linguini which went really well with the dish. Mmmm.
Challenge: Make a family-style meal
It's pasta and mushrooms... 🤷🏻♂️
