5.12: Whole Roasted Chicken with Roasted Potatoes, Carrots, and Onions

 



Recipe I followed: whole roasted chicken.

How it came out: Good! The chicken was incredibly juicy, and maybe a bit too salty, but it was by no means overpowering. The roasted cipollini onions also make for a very cute and tasty bite.
