5.14: Sirloin Steak in Merlot Sauce with Fondant Potatoes

 


Recipe I followed: filet with merlot saucefondant potatoes, and balsamic dijon dressing.

How it came out: The merlot sauce and steak was insane, the potatoes were delicious, and the light salad made for a nice balance.
