5.8: Asian Salmon Cakes and Lemongrass Ginger Mayo with Rice and Roasted Asparagus

 

Modifications I made: Instead of sugar, I put honey in the salmon cake as I figured it'd help it stick together better. 

How it came out: Delicious! The crispy sesame seed coating is great, and the mayo is wonderfully flavorful.
