5.9: Shrimp and Mushrooms in Bisque Sauce over Garlic Mashed Potatoes

 

Modifications I made: I used Sriracha instead of sweet chili sauce and sprinkled scallions on top. 

How it came out: Wonderful. The bisque sauce and vegetables and shrimp inside it tasted better the next day, and I also learned to use a conservative amount of liquid so the potatoes keep their nice, mashed texture. Yummy!
