Modifications I made: I didn't add brown sugar to the pulled pork because the barbecue sauce already had plenty of sugar, I used a whole red onion in the potato salad and also threw in about two tablespoons of crushed hot peppers into the mayo mix, and instead of using coconut milk as a topping, I stirred in about 3/4 of the can into the soup, and sprinkled some scallions on top.
