6.7: Indian Beef Curry with Cumin Carrot Puree over Jasmin Rice

 

Recipes I followed: Indian beef curry and roasted carrot and cumin puree.

How it came out: The puree was amazing (again) especially over rice, but the beef was tough and not very flavorful (though it smelled amazing while cooking). Not sure what went wrong.  🤷🏻‍♂️
