7.11: Smoky Kilebasa Mac and Cheese with Roasted Carrots

 


Recipes I followed: Alpine mac and cheese.

How it came out: Delicious, but very heavy. After the first portion, which I couldn't finish, I separated out all the kielbasa (and I got turkey kielbasa) so that it would be easy to find a good amount of meat without needing too many noodles.
