7.12: Moroccan Chicken and Carrot Salad with Rice Pilaf

Recipes I followed: Moroccan chicken and Moroccan carrot salad.

How it came out: So yummy! I put some cayenne on the carrots and it was too spicy, so I blended some crema and ketchup to cut the heat, and it really went well with everything. A few bites into the meal I cut up the chicken and ate everything in a big blend, which was delicious.
