7.14: Ham and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Recipe inspiration: baked eggs with coconut milk and cilantro.

How it came out: Delicious! I scrambled two eggs with 2 tbsp of coconut milk, cilantro, and lime juice, warmed two slices of ham in a pan, and toasted a whole wheat English muffin. Added tobasco and mustard. Mmmm.
