8.4: African Peanut Soup


Recipe I followed: African peanut soup.

How it came out: Really satisfying. I used more tomatoes than in the recipe due to store availability, and I think it tampered down the aromatics, but it was still a really fun and filling soup (stew?). Also cool to cook African food for the first time!
