8.12: Nachos



How I made it: cooked ground beef with nacho seasoning in a pan along with some caramelized onions. Once cooked, I then sprinkled it on top of chips with cheese and microwaved it, and then added salsa and fresh cilantro and a little lime juice.

How it came out: Fantastic. With a little effort up front, I get an easy-to-assemble, filling, delicious snack readily
