8.13: French Onion Chicken with Crispy Potatoes and Bell Pepper

 

Recipes I followed: braised french onion chicken with gruyèrehow to make caramelized onions in a slow cookerand super crispy roasted potatoes

How it came out: Soooo good. The photo here doesn't do it justice, as this was leftover portion. I used significantly less cheese than the recipe called for (four slices of muenster left over from the grilled cheese adventure), and it. didn't need any more. Also not pictured is the rest of the red pepper I snarfed before plating.
