8.16: Steak Dinner

Recipes I followed: garlic mushrooms and super crispy roasted potatoes

How it came out: Delicious! The steak cooked a little weird because I cut out the fat pieces, rendered them down, and cooked the mushroom and onions in the beef fat. The sauce on the potatoes, which was later added to the steak, was a mix of crema and chrain, and made an excellent accompaniment.
