10.1: Ham, Onion, and Mushroom Omelette

How I made it: sautéed onions and mushrooms in butter, added two slices of chopped ham a little into the cooking, and then soy sauce. Discarded the mixture from the pan and cleaned it, and then put in two whisked eggs in the hot pan and let it cook for a little. Put some of the mixture off to the side and then folded the egg over it.

How it came out: SO GOOD! Mushrooms and onions in butter with soy sauce is like crack, and the ham is a great addition. Mmmmm.
