10.12: "Fried" Chicken

Recipe I followed: easy oven friend chicken.

How it came out: Stunning. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful with a crispy skin, and I can't believed this was achieved through baking! This was also my first time having "fried" chicken with a biscuit, and I can see why the combination is such a classic; they just work so well together for some reason. Wow!
