Recipes I followed: sheet-pan teriyaki chicken thighs with sesame vegetables.
How it came out: The chicken is basically perfect. I reduced the sauce in a pan instead of microwaving it, and I now basically have a jar of this wonderful teriyaki jam. I pan-fried the veggies instead of putting them on the rack with the chicken because I had no idea how they were supposed to all fit (but to be fair I did add a pepper and an onion and 2 extra oz of mushrooms).
