11.17: Chicken Parm Noodle Bake

Recipe I used: chicken parm noodle bake.

How it came out: A lot better than it looks. I made 8 portions (froze 4 before cooking for a later date) from 2 rotisserie chickens, a full box of noodles, a bag of spinach, 10 oz of mushrooms, 2 onions, almost 2 jars of tomato sauce, and half a bag of shredded mozz. A lot to put together but but really, really delicious. Broiled some cheese on top at the end to make it more appetizing.
