11.7: Asian Steak and Potatoes with Slaw

Recipes I followed: world's best steak marinadefive spice and garlic roasted potatoesand ginger-sesame vinaigrette.

How it came out: This is one of the best dinners I've ever made, and it also looks stunning. Marinating the flank steak (a lean cut) overnight made the final result so juicy, and a little cilantro on the potatoes made a nice pop. The slaw is addictive and was so easy to make!
