Recipe I used: baked cod fish [Italian style].
How it came out: Pretty good. The roasted veggies were all fantastic as was the crust on the fish (I used cilantro instead of parsley because parsley may as well be grass), but the fish itself was pretty boring, despite seasoning it and adding lemon juice. The recipe only called for crusting one side of the fish but definitely should have tried to crust both.
