9.13: Chinese Mustard Chicken and Veggie Fried Rice


Recipes I followed: hot chinese mustard chicken and veggie fried rice.

How it came out: The chicken skin ended up blackened because I left too much marinade on top when it broiled, but it came off easy and honestly just made for a tasty side? Fried rice is always such a comfort food. Next time, I'll use more mustard and less sweet in the marinade.
