9.8: Beef Stroganoff with Roasted Asparagus


Recipes I followed: skillet beef stroganoff.

How it came out: Seriously delicious. The stroganoff was so filling and didn't need much sour cream at all to make it creamy. I added some hot pepper flakes and lemon juice to give it some acid. Yummy and really filling.
