12.12: Greek Tenderloin and Plaki


Recipes I used: soulvaki marinated pork tenderloin and gigantes plaki.

How it came out: Delicious!!! Tenderloin is always good, but wow, that tomato and bean dish was superb. Not pictured are the feta cheese and red pepper flakes I initially forgot to add, but those are a must-include.
