14.9: Haitian Tasso, Spicy Roasted Sweet Potato and Pikliz

Recipes I followed: Haitian tassospicy-sweet roasted sweet potatoes, and pikliz.

How it came out: YUM! The slaw was good but the sweet potatoes and beef were absolutely incredible. I added some cinnamon to the potatoes and in a happy accident needed to add more liquid to the slaw and used apple cider vinegar, so there was a really nice harmony between all of the parts of the plate.
