How I made it: caramelized onions slowly over medium heat, toasted buns in a pan with butter, cooked turkey burger patties, melted a slice of cheese over it at the end, and stacked the burger by topping it with red pepper rings, putting the onions in the middle, glazing it with mustard-based bbq sauce, and then topping it with shredded carrots.
How it came out: Really fantastic! The quality of the accompaniments almost covered for the fact it was a turkey burger.
