16.14: Minchee

Recipes I followed: easy Macanese minchee.

How it came out: Mouthwateringly delicious! I diced and then sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms, and mixed them into the meat after cooking it. I also added lime juice and red pepper flakes, which balanced out the flavors. Next time, I am going to cook the meat for longer over a higher heat to add crunch to the dish. Plated over rice.
