Recipes I followed: Jamaican brown stew chicken.
How it came out: This was sooooo good. Next time I'm going to have the flame up higher so the stock reduces more (a lot went down the drain), but I packed in so many veggies (1 yellow pepper, 1 orange pepper, 2 carrots, a can of diced tomatoes, 2 onions), that a stew-like dish still happened. The chicken was obscenely juicy and so flavorful. Served over rice.
