10.2: Carrot Soup with Turkey Meatballs and Crostinis

Recipes I followed: carrot soup with turkey meatballs and spinach and perfect crostini for soup . How it came out: This is one of the best meals I've ever made. I'm stunned at how few ingredients were needed for such an explosively flavorful soup; the ingredients really do speak for themselves! The meatballs and crostini were both perfect accompaniments, and a tiny drizzle of the fancy EVOO I have over the soup added such a wonderful touch. Wow!
