I'm stunned at how few ingredients were needed for such an explosively flavorful soup; the ingredients really do speak for themselves! The meatballs and crostini were both perfect accompaniments, and a tiny drizzle of the fancy EVOO I have over the soup added such a wonderful touch. Wow!
