5.13: Shrimp Creole

  

Recipe I followed: shrimp creole.

How it came out: Delicious. Shrimp and veggies cooked in a pan together over rice is a winning combo, apparently.

This wasn't inspired by any particular dish. The challenge was to cater a Mardi Gras party, and having never cooked cajun food, those dishes were a bit intimidating, so I went with something simpler.
